Where's my order?

All orders are sent with a tracking number that will be sent to you upon shipment so you can follow your order.

 

How do I update or change my order?

When updating or canceling an order this must be done before the item has been shipped. 

We can still update or change an order if it has already been paid for.

 

How do I send a gift to someone?

Please note, that as a registered business we are unable to ship international orders as a ‘gift’ and all shipments must be declared as ‘merchandise’. However if you contact us by email or phone we can gift wrap and / or have the package delivered to a different address.
